Simple Bodyweight Workout Plan

If you are stuck at home because of the Coronavirus or you can't make it to the gym, try this awesome simple bodyweight workout plan. It is simple but not easy. Below I will provide four plans from a seven-minute to a 25-minute exercise plan. 

First, before you jump right in, you want to make sure you execute each move properly. Watch and learn each exercise via YouTube. The pictures above won't explain how to do the exercises and I don't want you won't be injured. 





Workout Plan One
7 minutes
Do each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between exercises
Two rounds
Stretch

Workout Plan Two
15 minutes
Do each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest between exercises
Two rounds
Stretch

Workout Plan Three
16 minutes
Do each exercise for 60 seconds with 15 seconds rest between exercises
Two rounds
Stretch

Workout Plan Four
24 minutes
Do each exercise for 60 seconds with 15 seconds rest between exercises
Three rounds
Stretch
