When this becomes easy, it is time to increase your weight. If you find it difficult to lift the weight 10 -12 times means that the weight is too heavy.

It will take time to see the results from your weight training. Allow at least six weeks before noticing a difference. You might only see changes in your measurements or in your clothes first, so it may be best to take your body measurements.
