The 7 Day Salad Challenge



I have a 7 day salad challenge starting this week. If you are concerned about gaining weight next week or if you want to do a mini cleanse, come and join my FB page this week. If you don't have a page, leave your comments here.

The Rules:

1. Eat one to two salads a day
2. You can only have 2 tablespoons of dressing
3. No taco salad unless you get the recipe from a low calorie recipe website
4. Only 2 tablespoons of cheese is permitted
5. You can have nuts but only 1 tablespoon
6. No croutons allowed
