Jumping Jack For Those With Bad Knees Or A Bad Back
I did a high-intensity workout yesterday that involved a lot of jumping. The program consisted of 4 exercises, flutter squats, high knee running in place, burpees, and jumping jacks. It was too much for the little old knees so I modified some of the exercises and replaced the jumping jacks with stability ball jumping jack. I still got an intense workout.
If you want to check out how I do jumping jacks on a stability ball, check out my video here or below. *Make sure to buy an anti-burst ball and I suggest that you purchase your ball from Power Systems or Spri.
Have you ever done jumping jacks on a stability ball? Would you use this in your workout routine?
Honestly I have never tried jumping jacks on a stability ball. Very interesting concept though. How many calories do you burn with this? #wowlinkup
ReplyDeleteI don't know but it is really for people who can't jump but would like to do higher intensity classes such as boot camp.
