As you can see, it came out almost perfectly. I usually bake my potatoes in the microwave but baked potatoes are the best when you put them in the oven, in my opinion. It was so filling, I wasn't hungry for 6 hours and that's unusual for me. This would make a great meal for your family and it's nutritious and inexpensive.
Have you ever made broccoli cheese baked potatoes for your family? How do you prepare it?
Oh my gosh does that ever look good. I would never have thought to do that with the Green Giant Vegetables and Cheese sauce.
ReplyDeleteThis is seriously only 350 calories?? I'm sold! Totally making this!

ReplyDeleteThis looks so good, I never would have thought of the whole combo. I used to get broccoli cheese baked potatoes all the time in college but haven't prepared it for my family, I have done other loaded potato options though and I usually microwave my potatoes because I am just too antsy.
