The Fitness Model Workout
Full Push-ups 15-25 times
Jumping Jacks 50 times
Plank Single Arm Row 12-15 times each arm
Squat Jumps in Place 25 times or Moving Squat Jumps 25 times
Russian Twist 1 minute
Walking Lunges 1 minute
Squat Thrust/Burpees 1 minute
Ab Flutter Kicks 1 minute
Repeat 3 to 4 times
Short on Time Repeat 2 times
Stretch
Stretch

Equipment Needed:
One Dumbbell, a mat and that's it!
Ooo planks and lunges aren't my favorite, but they're so effective. Great workout! Thanks for sharing :)

ReplyDeleteLove it! I have fallen in love with lunges but walking lunges kill me knees so I do them in the smith machine. And Russian twist...looove!

ReplyDeleteI could see going through this set 3 times as having a positive impact.
You are right that to get to the body you want.. you have to be willing to do things that aren't easy!
