The 30 Day Modified Squat Challenge

How to do a squat




If you are participating in the challenge, you need to be squatting properly because if you don't, it could lead to knee and lower back problems.  Make sure you warm-up before performing strength training exercises and to stretch at the end of your program.  If you need more information about the squatting challenge, read the following: The Modified 30 Day Squat Challenge.

  1. Oh, my gosh. I SHOULD do this. May have to start with the chair. Squats can be pretty intense.

  4. To reduce the chances of injury, isn't the rule of thumb to make sure the knees don't go past the toes during the squat?
