Bad Knees Workout #2

My client did this workout last week and she loved it because it wasn't too jarring on her knees.  She asked me to make several for her so this is number two in the series. Here is the first workout I designed, so try both out and let me know which one you like better.  Bad Knees Boot-camp Workout

  1. Thank you for the workout tips. I really like the Up and Down V Plank Exercise. It is easier on the knees.
