ReplyDeleteYes, I walk for exercise and do an exercise bike 10 minutes every other day. On January 20th, I started a 60 day Hot Worx infrared sauna exercise challenge for 60 days. Already, I feel lighter and have dropped 5 pounds. Yoga and Isometrics and today, Barre None, are the exercises I do in the infrared sauna to torch calories.
