Six Week Apple and Inverted Triangle Body Shape Workout Challenge


I have a new six-week challenge starting January 21, 2019. It is for apple and inverted triangle shaped women. The emphasis of the program will concentrate on the lower extremities the legs and the core. The upper body is not the focus, however; this area will not be neglected.

How do you know that you have an apple or inverted triangle body shape? An apple's shoulders and hip line are about the same size. The waistline is the same size or wider than shoulders and hips. The inverted body shape's shoulders are wider than the waistline and hipline.
