1. You can have a salad for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is up to you
2. You are allowed 2 tablespoons of dressing or one packet
3. No taco salad
4. If you add nuts, only 2 tablespoons
5. Only 2 or 3 tablespoon of cheese
6. If you buy a salad, you must get the smaller size. However, if you buy the larger size, you must divide it up into two meals.
7. If you get hungry, eat a piece of fruit in-between meals
I think this is doable and let's enter the new year lean for 2015!
