  1. I like to stay active, but if I think of it as exercise I hate doing it :) I have had to learn that what works for others doesn't always work for me. I love my treadmill and hiking, but every time I have tried joining a gym it just wasn't for me. Yoga has been great for me though since it lets me de-stress :) I love your list, I need to find something that my husband can stick to since he is the least active member of my household!

  2. Pinning! I'm great at fitting in floor exercises throughout my day, but have had a hard time with getting the cardio lately. I say I don't hate it, but my excuses say otherwise. I'll have to use these for sure.

  4. These are very good tips especially join a sport team. That is an excellent way to get active and have it be FUN!!!! My girl Althea of AYM doesn't even call it exercise because she knows that can be off putting to some.   6. I am loving the whole fitness tracker thing at the moment. I got a new Polar for Christmas that has fitness tracking capabilities. It has kept me moving every so often :) #wowlinkup
