A Thanksgiving Workout
If you have an assisted pull-up and dip machine at you fitness club, you should give this equipment a try because it hits most of the muscles in the upper body. I decided to design a workout for this machine so you can also train your lower body and core. Enjoy and I will be doing this routine on Saturday.
