Workout Wednesdays - WOW! #47

My Favorite Race

I used to do Step Up For Kids almost every year when I ran the JCK Fitness Center in Chicago for federal employees. The goal is to walk or run up 80 floors in the Aon building to raise money for  Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.  I usually had a team of at least 7-10 people and it was a lot of fun and of course we loved the goodies on the top floor.  Here is my team from 2011:
