Operation Pre-Holiday Slim Down



A new DietBet competition sponsored by The Frugal Exerciser and Femme Fitale Fit Club started today.  It is not too late to join.  The steps are really simple and this program will slim you down before the holidays. You might even win some extra cash to spend at a holiday party or for Christmas gifts.

Here are the steps:
1. Go to link and register.  The fee to join is $35
2. Take the first picture of yourself fully clothed on a scale
3. Write down the code word DietBet will give you on a plain piece of paper and place next to the scale
4. Take the second picture of your feet and your weight on the digital scale
5. Upload both pictures to your DietBet account
6. DietBet will confirm all your information and will send you a confirmation to begin posting on our DietBet game.
7. DietBet will tell you how much weight you have to lose in 28 days(4% of starting weight) and will also tell you how many calories you should consume per day
8. At the end of the 28 days, DietBet will ask you to repeat the above steps and if you lose your 4%, you will get your registration money back and you will split the pot with the other winners.

How to have a successful DietBet challenge

1. Participate online with the group and that could be posting your exercise routine to what you had to eat for the day
2. Encourage others participating in Operation Pre Holiday Slim-down
3. Remember you must reach your 4% goal so be strict with your eating plan but have one small cheat meal a week
4. Weigh yourself every three to four days to make sure you're losing.  If not, you might have to tweak your meal plans
5. Exercise but you don't have to go extra, extra hard. The emphasis should mainly be on your meal planning
