The 30 Day Inner And Outer Thigh Challenge


I forgot the inner thigh leg lifts in my video so check this exercise out here.


Week 1
Side leg raises 20 (up for two and down for two)*
Scissor pulses 30 (with exercise tube or ankle weights)
Hydrants 20
Plie squats pulses 30(with weights)
Clams 20(with band)
Inner thigh leg lift 30(ankle weights)
Repeat twice

Week 2
Side leg raises 30 (up for two and down for two)*
Scissor pulses 50 (with exercise tube or ankle weights)
Hydrants 30
Plie squats 50(with weights)
Clams 30(with band)
Inner thigh leg lift 50(ankle weights)
Repeat twice

Week 3
Side leg raises 40 (up for two and down for two)*
Scissor pulses 70 (with exercise tube or ankle weights)
Hydrants 40
Plie squats 70(with weights)
Clams 40(with band)
Inner thigh leg lift 70(ankle weights)
Repeat twice

Week 4
Side leg raises 50 (up for two and down for two)*
Scissor pulses 100 (with exercise tube or ankle weights)
Hydrants 50
Plie squats 100(with weights)

Do this program at least twice a week along with your regular strength training program

  1. Nothing beats a bit of cardio too. As a former gym rat, now couch potato, I can see exercise helps. It's just a bit more difficult as you get older.

  3. Hello me again, I checked out the video, which is great. What weights are you using for ankle weights and the exercise tube? I've seen an exercise tube on eBay but noticed they come in different weights like 5lb, 10lb etc.

    1. Those were three pound weights but 5 pounds would be okay also. I'm starting today BTW.
