I did a high intensity workout yesterday that involved a lot of jumping. The program consisted of 4 exercises, flutter squats, high knee running in place, burpees and jumping jacks. It was too much for the little old knees so I modified some of the exercises and replaced the jumping jacks with stability ball jumping jack. I still got an intense workout.
