Mother Of The Bride Workout

bride-workout
This is a beginner's workout for all the moms that need to get in shape for that big day. I've had so many moms complain about their arms because they are going to wear a sleeveless dress for the wedding. I included biceps, triceps and shoulder work in this program.

You should do this workout three days a week so every other day and not back to back. On your non MOB workout days, you should do an aerobic exercise routine like walking for 15 to 30 minutes, depending upon your fitness level. Look at the videos below for the exercises in this workout:

  1. This is so creative. Many women complain about those wing arms and can definitely benefit from developing their upper body strength! I'mma pass this along to some soon-to-be mothers of the bride I know.

  3. Thank you for the great tips. I especially like the tip for the Counter Push Ups - this is easier than regular ones due to back problems.
