I Want A Dancer's Body

My favorite dance show on television was the PBS America's Ballroom Challenge.  I don't know if PBS still broadcasts the competition but if ever get a chance, watch an episode online.  I couldn't get enough of watching and admiring the dancers' bodies, and I envied their ability to be so gracefully on the dance floor.

One day, I will take a pole dancing class when I get more time. Groupon always has offers for pole classes on their site.  For now, I decided to buy a pole for my home and get Felix Cane's Pole Mastery DVD series.  A couple of my dancer friends suggested the following videos above and they can found on Amazon.com.

Does anyone take dance classes?  Have you ever bought a dance package from Groupon or Living Social?

  2. Ya, totally wouldn't mind having a ballerina body. I've heard RAVES about pole dancing classes, so I may have to give them a try! Wish we were in the same city :( I'll have to dig around for an Orlando pole dancing buddy!

  3. i've always admired any type of dancer and how they're able to move their bodies..it's amazing how they can retain all of that information and put it into movement..i wish i had a dancer's body too..they're so lean!

  4. I miss my ballerina body! :( I have gained 40 pounds since I stopped dancing. Ack. I'm also hoping to try pole dancing soon. My upper body strength is rather non-existent, and I think it would be a great workout to help that.

  6. I have huge boobs naturally and I have not seen a big boob chested dancer! So I guess I can't be one! LOL

  9. I danced ballet professional until I had a bad injury. I loved the body, but not the 2-5 hours of classes everyday, it was a lot of work :) I haven't tried pole dancing though, it looks like it would be a great workout!

  10. I would love to have my dancer's body back. I loved dancing when I was younger and now that I have been sick for the past 10 years, I've packed on the pounds due to steroids. My wish would be to ballroom dance!

  11. Well its real hard and difficult to get the perfect body well following a proper diet and doing workout would surely help you get the desired body. vtx bumper plates
