I decided to make these brownies I found on the Cooking Light website and they turned out oh so delicious. One major mistake in the recipe, you have to cook them longer than 22 minutes. You should add an additional 10 to 20 minutes onto the baking time or they will be way too underdone, and even then the toothpick might not still come out clean. I added an extra 15 minutes onto the baking time.
The serving size is small so when you are finished baking, cut into 20 pieces. One serving is 186 calories or 4 Weight Watcher points. They will make a great treat for Halloween or even for the upcoming holiday season. It is better than buying at the bakery because it's cheaper and healthier.
