Burn Fat Level 2

Here's other tough frugal workout and all you need are some hand towels or frisbees. This workout has a lot boot camp exercises. If you have always wanted to participate in a boot camp class than here you go.
Total time: 31 minutes

Warm-up:  Step touch, walk in place, elbow to knee, arm circles(both directions).  3 minutes


1 minute   run in place     walk in place 30 seconds

1 minute   mountain climbers(with towels)     walk in place 30 seconds

1 minute   jump rope     walk in place 30 seconds

1 minute   jumping jacks     walk in place 30 seconds

1 minute   run in place knees up     walk in place 30 seconds

1 minute   burpees     walk in place 30 seconds

1 minute   squat jumps     walk in place 30 seconds

1 minute   mountain climbers(with towels)     walk in place 30 seconds

Break 1 minute

Repeat above

Cool down  3 minutes and stretch

  2. I've been power walking/jogging for the last 3 days but this work out looks easy and effective. I'm gonna save this for my in house workout!

  3. Yelp I can testify that this type of workout is effective...a typical track/plyometric workout! So short that no one has an excuse not to workout.
